Dresses will ship within 3 weeks as they are handmade.

Please note we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Expedited orders cannot be delivered on weekends or holidays.

Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day.

Please note that shipping times are estimated for and apply only to deliveries made within the contiguous U.S. Transit time may vary for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and all other destinations outside of the contiguous U.S.

GOWN FEE

All gowns require an additional shipping charge of $15. (This is noted on the product page of each gown.) Shipping charges vary for delivery outside the U.S.  see below for International shipping information.

P.O. BOXES

We ship to all U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses. Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes are sent via USPS Priority Mail. Express deliveries are not available for these destinations.

California Proposition 65
Some of our products such as phone accessories, electrical cords, upholstered furniture, tableware, tabletop, holiday/party decor, vinyl, wallets, handbags, luggage, tools, fire pits, planters, terrariums, clutches, totes, jewelry, clothing, and accessories may be made of materials containing chemicals identified on the California Prop 65 list of chemicals. In accordance with Proposition 65, we issue the following warning to our California customers “Warning: These products contain one or more chemical known to the state of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm.”

CANCELLATIONS

If you would like to cancel an item, please e-mail stylist@gypsybride.com from 7 a.m. - midnight EST, seven days a week. If an item is cancelled from your order for any reason, you will not be charged for the item.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Dresses will ship within 3 weeks as they are handmade.  Please note we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day. Occasionally, items may be out-of-stock or backordered; you will be alerted in both instances. In the event of a backorder, you will be provided an approximate date of shipment.

IMPORT FEES

Fees assessed in customs are based on import, brokerage, duties, and taxes, and are not included in the order amount at checkout. They will be assessed upon delivery by the postal carrier, and must be paid by the order recipient. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

DELIVERY

Gypsy Bride gowns are shipped via UPS International while all non-gown orders are shipped via USPS international service. Orders are typically received by customs within 4-7 business days of the ship date. The amount of time your order is in customs will vary. Delivery will be made by your local postal service or via UPS, depending on your order. International orders cannot be shipped via an expedited shipping method, such as Next Day or 2-Day Shipping.

CUSTOMS DELAYS

When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Some items may be unavailable for export. Should this affect your order, we’ll contact you with any order changes.

RESTRICTED ITEMS

Due to size and customs restrictions, some items are not available for shipment outside the U.S. Consequently, you may be asked to remove these items from your basket if the destination country does not permit the import of that item. You may also be asked to remove items from your basket that are low in inventory and cannot be guaranteed for shipment.

BACKORDERS & CANCELLATIONS

If you place an order for an item that is not available for immediate shipment, it will be backordered. You will be informed if an item is backordered when you add it to your basket, or within 10 days of placing your order. You will also be given an approximate date of shipment. You will not be charged for backordered items until they leave the U.S. Your order total will be calculated in USD. Please note that your method of payment may be charged in your local currency at an exchange rate selected by the issuing bank, and may also include foreign transaction fees. These are not determined by Gypsy Bride, and are not included in your order total at checkout.

In the event that a backordered item is part of your order, we reserve the right to cancel the item or ship your order in multiple packages. If you would like to cancel a backordered item, please email stylist@gypsybride.com.

CURRENCY

All prices are default in U.S. Dollars (USD). Please note, shipping charges above will always appear in U.S. Dollars (USD), regardless of currency selected.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Our hope is that you are completely satisfied with your Gypsy Bride purchase. If you aren't, we are happy to accept your return or exchange; but please keep in mind...

  • You must issue your return within 30 days of your order.
  • Please select a return method that allows you to insure your shipment and track its progress. Gypsy Bride is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • You are responsible for shipping costs as well as taxes, duties, and courier fees.
  • Most returns will process in approximately 2–3 weeks, depending on your method of return. Additional processing delays may occur. You will receive an email when your return has been processed (be sure to check your spam folder).
  •  All merchandise must be shipped back to us. We kindly ask that all merchandise remain unwashed, unworn and unaltered, with all original tags intact.

MAKING A RETURN 

  • Add your reason code to the front side of your packaging slip and enclose it with your merchandise.
  • Ship your return packaging using your preferred trackable and insured shipping method, and please record your tracking and carrier information. Gypsy Bride is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

EXCHANGES 
You may exchange items within 30 days of your order. Before sending, please fill out the exchange form included on your packing slip and enclose it in your package. Shipping charges do apply to exchanges and are your responsibility to pay. Please note that duties and taxes may be assessed on exchange orders and are your responsibility as well.
